Top Fundraising Sam’s Clubs Celebrate Campaign Success!

Earlier this month, team members from two of the top three fundraising Sam’s Clubs in SE Michigan visited Corewell Health’s Beaumont Children’s in Royal Oak, MI for tours and check presentations. The funds they raised during this year’s Walmart and Sam’s Club campaign that ran June 12 – July 14 qualified them to bring up to 6 associates to tour Beaumont Children’s at Royal Oak, to see first-hand how some of the money they raised is helping local kids in Southeast Michigan.

Teams from Sam’s Club #6454 in Southfield, MI (the #1 fundraising team, raising $13,189.53) and Sam;s Club #6660 in Port Huron, MI (the #3 fundraising team, raising $12,832.38) were present. Sam’s Club #6662 in Roseville, MI (the #2 team, raising $13,268.04) will be touring sometime in the next couple of months.

In just 4.5 short weeks, this year’s Walmart and Sam’s Club campaign raised over $240,898, with 100% of these funds making a huge impact for kids who are treated at Beaumont Children’s!
